Any products. No responsibility is taken for any damage caused by using bestcleaningproducts supplied products. Any action you take should be done with caution & following your own judgement.
You can order over the phone or through the website. You can pay with all major credit cards and debit cards.
Our website directs you to the Global Payments secure payment page after you have placed an order. Credit cards and debit cards can then be used to make secure payments. At no point do Bestcleaningproducts have access to your credit card details when you pay online.
20% VAT will be added to orders from the UK or the EU.
ORDERING CHEMICALS AND ACCESSORIES:
If an order is received before 2.00 pm on a working day (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) it is normally processed on the same day and shipped by courier the next 2 working days. Approximately 98% of our deliveries arrive in the next 2 days, according to our courier service. It is always up to the courier to guarantee next day or 2-day delivery, so we can never guarantee this.
Bestcleaningproducts will do its best to meet any delivery estimates, but cannot be held liable if the dates aren’t met.
REPORTS OF DAMAGED, INACCURATE, OR LOST MERCHANDISE
It is very important to check your delivery and inspect for damage BEFORE signing for the delivery. If goods or product packaging seems to be damaged either decline the delivery or clearly note the word ‘damaged’ next to your signature when signing for the delivery and call Bestcleaningproducts immediately.
You require to report all claims for goods that arrive missing or damage immediately to Bestcleaningproducts. You must also keep the original delivery box as a picture may be required as evidence by the courier.
Claims for damage or mistakes in delivery must be made within 24 working hours of delivery of the goods.
We will accept the return of items that are no longer required within 2 weeks of the date of shipment or collection of the goods.
Products need to be returned unused, in the original product packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You must call our customer services department for a Return Form Number before returning any item. We can refuse returned items without a Return Type Number being released. Product returned for a refund should be returned within 5 days of the Return Kind Number being issued. We do not accept returned cleaning chemicals. Special purchased items may not be cancelled or returned for credit. Bestcleaningproducts can accept no liability for returned products damaged throughout the carriage due to bad packaging. An administration fee of 15-30% may be charged on returns or order cancellations at our discretion.
